SEPG 2007 Recap

Thanks to all who attended my presentation last Thursday in Austin, TX at the SEI's 2007 SEPG conference. I was pleased with the attendance and audience participation at the end of the talk. As promised I've uploaded my presentation as a QuickTime movie. If you need this in a different format, please email me at todd at 6sa.com.

My presentation (.mov): From CMMi to Agility: Metrics that Cross the Chasm

This conference drew a different crowd than what I'm used to at conferences I typically attend, so it was refreshing to meet see new faces and most importantly hear different approaches to software development. Over the next few months, I plan on blogging about a number of topics inspired by my experiences there and the topic of my talk. I do find the opportunity to bridge the process / plan-driven world with the agile world both powerful and intriguing.
