New Reports Available
Last Friday we posted a 3 new reports for your enjoyment: Status Report, Churn Trends, and Flow time audit.
New Status Report
I've already blogged on the new status report here. NOTE: you don't need to do anything to see this. We replaced the previous report with the new contents live. The status report is actually comprised of multiple sections which you can borrow and use on different reports if you'd like. If you cannot tell by my blog post, I'm very excited about this status report. I think it's one of the most useful reports we've produced to date.
We've also added a status report for teams. I think this is a must-have for all teams members to keep folks on the same page regarding project status. Check it out.
Churn Trends
This shows weekly trends from your source-code control system of lines added and lines deleted. We stacked the bars so you bars so you can visualize gross churn ( total change ) easily. Also the net churn is included as a line to illustrate the overall trend -- is the code base growing or shrinking. This is available for any team, so click "Add Section" to a custom report and search for "Churn".
Flow Time Audit
This is a raw dump of flow information. It lists every flow period for the provided date range and shows a breakdown of activities within the flow period. This is for folks hoping to gain more understanding of their work habits and take action based on flow data. I'll be posting more on this in the future.
